Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account information: your name, email address, mobile number, organisation name and role.

Farm records that you choose to enter: crops, plots, sales, purchases, inventory, labour, attendance and accounting entries.

Technical information needed to run the service: IP address, browser type, and a log of actions taken in your account.

Payment information is handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and a reference number. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials.

Why we hold it

To provide the service, to support you when you ask, to take payment, and to keep the audit trail that the product itself depends on.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your farm records to train machine-learning models. We do not share your records with other customers.

Who else is involved

Hosting and database: Railway. Payments: Razorpay. Weather data: Open-Meteo. If you switch on the optional AI advisory feature, the relevant crop and weather context is sent to OpenAI to generate that advisory; the feature is off unless you enable it.

These providers process data on our behalf so that the service can function.

Security

Passwords are stored hashed, never in readable form. Traffic is served over HTTPS. Access within your organisation is controlled by roles, and every create, edit and delete is written to an audit log.

No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim any certification. If we become aware of a breach affecting your data we will tell you.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your subscription is active. After it ends we retain it for a limited period so you can reactivate or export, and then delete it on request.
