Terms of Service

The service

Akshar Farm ERP is web-based software for recording farm operations, inventory, labour, sales, purchases and accounting, and for reporting on them. It is provided on a subscription basis and is accessed through a web browser.

We may add, change or withdraw individual features. If we withdraw something you actively rely on, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for what the users you create do in your organisation.

Each subscription covers one organisation. Plan limits on users and farms are enforced by the software.

Your data

The records you enter remain yours. We do not sell them, and we do not use them to train models or share them with other customers.

You can export your data at any time while your subscription is active, using the export features in the product.

We access your data only to operate the service, to fix a fault, or where you ask us to help.

Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance through our payment provider. Prices shown exclude GST unless stated otherwise.

If a payment fails, access to create new entries may be suspended after a grace period. Your existing records stay readable, printable and exportable.

Availability and limits

We aim to keep the service available and to keep backups, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime figure and we do not hold any security certification. Please do not treat this software as your only record where the law requires you to keep one.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We are not a substitute for a qualified accountant. Figures produced by the software are only as good as the data entered, and you remain responsible for your statutory filings.

Ending the agreement

You may cancel at any time; see the Refund & Cancellation policy.

We may suspend or end an account that is used unlawfully, that attempts to break the security or isolation of the service, or that remains unpaid after the grace period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Chhattisgarh, India having jurisdiction.
