Refund & Cancellation Policy

Try before you pay

Every new organisation gets a free trial with full access to the service. The trial exists so you can evaluate Akshar Farm ERP completely — enter real data, run reports, invite your team — before paying anything.

No payment details are required to start a trial.

No refunds

Because the free trial is the evaluation period, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable.

We do not offer pro-rata, partial or unused-time refunds on monthly or annual plans.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan & billing, or by writing to us.

Cancellation stops the next renewal. It does not cut your access short — you keep using the service until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Payment errors

The one exception: if you were charged in error — a duplicate payment, or a charge after you had already cancelled — we reverse it in full, whenever it happened.

Write to support@aksharfarm.in with the organisation name and payment reference. Reversals go back to the original payment method; banks typically take 5–7 working days to show the credit.

Failed payments

If a scheduled payment fails we retry it and let you know. After a grace period, creating new entries is blocked — but your existing records remain readable, printable and exportable. Nothing is deleted because of non-payment.
